Returns and refunds

We want every IKI+KAI order to arrive as it should, and to feel right once it does.

Change of mind. If your order is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is yours, and the original shipping fee is not refunded. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened products.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives broken, leaking, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at hello@iki-kai.com.au with your order number and a photo. Letting us know within 7 days helps us sort it quickly. We will replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs.

Your rights. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How refunds work. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Starting a return. Email hello@iki-kai.com.au with your order number. We will reply within one business day with next steps.
